Dr. Grasso holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Maryville University, specializing in Psychiatric-Mental Health. During his doctoral program, he completed clinical experiences in various outpatient psychiatric settings, gaining valuable expertise in medication management and psychotherapy. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Michigan-Flint and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language from the same institution.

Since completing his education, Dr. Grasso has undergone extensive professional training, including certifications in Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association. He is an active member of several prestigious professional associations, including the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the American Nurses Association, and the American Psychiatric Nurses Association.
