Justin Remsing, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant specializing in adult and pediatric psychiatry. He serves patients at Pure Psychiatry of Michigan in Plymouth, Wayne, Wyandotte, Wixom, and Okemos, Michigan.
Justin received his Bachelor of Science in Christian Ministry from Rochester University in Rochester Hills, Michigan. He then pursued a certified emergency medical technician (EMT) certification at Oakland Community College in Oakland County, Michigan, achieving recognition on the Dean's List for his exemplary performance.
After graduation, Justin furthered his education at the University of Detroit Mercy in Detroit, Michigan, where he earned a master’s degree in physician assistant studies. While there, he also served as a volunteer coordinator for the William Beaumont Society.
Justin's passion for medicine led him to complete a preceptorship in internal medicine at Troy Beaumont Hospital in Troy, Michigan.
When he isn’t helping patients manage mental health conditions like anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), Justin enjoys giving back to his community.
He actively participates in community service, including tutoring and mentoring underprivileged children in Detroit's Brightmoor neighborhood. Justin helps organize a summer day camp and youth-focused service projects, and contributes to initiatives supporting homeless individuals at South Oakland Shelter in Royal Oak and God's Helping Hands in Rochester Hills.
Justin looks forward to helping people of all ages navigate their mental health journeys with compassion and expertise.
